Fish & Reptile Experts
At Oasis Fish & Reptile, we are dedicated to providing the best care for Fish & Reptiles. We ensure that every pet and product meets the highest quality standards including all of the live feeders we have available.
Our freshwater fish display was custom built making every aquarium its own ecosystem (not a recycled body of water), with fresh water dripping into the tanks everyday and as the tanks overflow the waste water is collected and purged. The fish are all quarantined and treated prior to being sold and are fed premium quality food. We have our own house brand of aquarium supplements and medications to ensure balance in the aquarium and healthy fish and plants.
All of our Reptiles are sourced from professional breeders (not wholesalers or distributers) or bred in store and always have been. We do not support wild caught reptiles for the purpose of keeping them as pets, they should only be used for Experts to start breeding projects to then supply captive bred offspring. Sourcing our reptiles this way ensures that the quality is the highest available and the possibility of disease is completely minimized.
Services
Field Trips & Birthday Party Presentations
We will bring to you 6-8 different Reptiles for a 1 hour long educational presentation and can handle up to 25 kids per group. We will discuss some of the evolutionary traits the animals have developed to thrive in their specific environments, how to read animals body language to interact with them safely and responsibly, how to set up their enclosures if you would be interested in keeping them as pets, and basic maintenance required for each animal. Please call us at 780-458-0039 and ask for Crystal to schedule.
We offer this service for toddlers or older, babies and infants are too young. If you have a group of kids that is more than 25 kids then we would recommend to split the group and book 2 presentations. Over 25 kids we find individually the kids don't get as much from the presentation.
Price ranges from $100 - $130 depending on how far we need to travel.
Pet Boarding
We offer a babysitting service for Reptiles and are here every day of the year to clean and feed the animals in our care. It is the least amount of stress on the animal if its enclosure can be brought to the store here, so it is familiar with the layout and décor. We do offer rental tanks if it is not feasible to bring their enclosure. Bring the lighting, vitamins, and if you have fresh veggies/live feeders you want us to use. Once your veggies/feeders are used up we will use our store use stuff and just it to the invoice.

Please call us at 780-458-0039 to reserve your space. We will need the Dimensions of the enclosure, your name and phone number, animal type and name, and the dates of drop off and pickup (pickup and drop off time is 1/2 hr after we open until 1/2 hour before we close). We have a form to fill out and will do a physical on the animal to ensure there are no underlying health issues.
